FaMe shuttering is a patented modular system for preparing precast concrete molds for walls, beams and columns, including sides, door and window openings, and recesses for HEPAC installations.

FaMe systems includes the patented jaw-type magnets of various types, light aluminum side profiles with or without plywood, as well as other utensils.
Magnets hold the side forms during the casting and vibration processes.
FaMe shuttering system works with any type of the formwork materials. It is usable on casting tables and beds with steel surface, and in vertical battery molds.
Prepare a precast casting mold of designed size and shape by using FaMe side profiles and shuttering magnets. The system provides quick operation leading to improved efficiency when setting out and breaking down the formwork.

1. User's Instructions
The main purpose and features:
Precast Concrete Magnet (Shuttering magnet)is specifically designed and developed for fixing precast concrete formwork.
Compared with the traditional method that being fixed by screw and other mechanical fixation, Precast Concrete Magnets (Shuttering magnets) are advantaged in compact structure, easy operation, strong suction strength, Safe and reliable features, which are conducive to improving labor efficiency, so, more and more Precast Concrete Magnets (Shuttering magnets) are used widely in the precast concrete production lines home and aboard.
2. The main structure and specification
Precast concrete magnet (shuttering magnet) made of high-performance permanent magnet material to create a strong suction force. Through the switch, the magnets can be off and on status. When ON status, the bottom surface of magnet will be closely fitted on the production platform of the precast concrete.
When the magnet is pried by crowbar, the magnetic field will be greatly reduced, the magnet can be remove from the platform easily by hand.

3. How to use:
(1) Press the magnetic switch, the magnet fit on platform very firmly.
Pry the switch by crowbar, the magnetic strength on platform will be weaker and remove the magnet.
(2) Platform thickness and surface smoothness will affect the magnetic suction between the magnet and the platform, the thicker and the more smooth the platform is, the stronger suction strength is. Lateral shear force is related with the magnetic strength and surface friction.
(3) The two fixed screws on the end of precast concrete magnet (shuttering magnet) can connect with different fixture, in order to fix different structure side mold, such as angle steel, channel side die mold and so on.
(4) Environmental conditions:
1. Ambient temperature is not more than 80 degrees Celsius
2. NO Erosion of metal corrosion agent.
4. Maintenance and safety instructions:
(1) Prevent the damage or deformation by hard tools from Precast Concrete Magnet (shuttering magnet), It is recommended to use a rubber hammer gently tap.
(2) The platform should be kept clean and flat, to prevent iron or concrete slurry into the internal magnet, which will affect the switch flexibility and may cause magnet tilt and cannot touch the platform fully.
(3) Super strong magnetic field. Keep away from the susceptible devices such as precision instruments and electronic instruments; but also not close to other iron materials. It is recommended to place in dedicated tool box.
(4) Keep the cartridge holding surface clean and smooth, Anti-rust oil should be applied on the magnet surface, if no using long time, suction surface should be oil rust. Regular Check whether the magnet can be flat fit the platform, the switch is flexible and comfortable or not.
