We say the anti-static container bag is a large classification of products, anti-static container bag below there are many other small classifications, different classifications of product characteristics and use, etc. are differen. Tumu will share classification of anti-static container bag with you now!
Type A anti-static container bags do not have special electrostatic safety characteristics, therefore, they are not recommended for handling sensitive flammable dusts and powders. In addition, they cannot be used in the presence of dust clouds or flammable solvent vapors. These bags are usually woven using plain woven polypropylene fabric, which is an insulator. Sometimes, depending on the requirements of use, Type A bags are lined with bags or treated with a surface coating.
Type B anti-static container bag is similar to Type A, also made of ordinary woven polypropylene fabric. However, the breakdown voltage of the woven fabric of Type B bags cannot be higher than 4 KV. this means that Type B bags will not produce propagation type brush discharge. This is an important classification, which means that the few discharges that can be generated on the bags are low-energy brush discharges. If the propagation type brush discharge can be excluded, and the brush discharge of oversized energy is 4mJ, it is reasonable to believe that this type of bags for ultra-small ignition energy does not exceed 4mJ combustible gas environment is safe. Similarly, for ignition energy does not exceed 4nd combustible dust, this type of bags are also safe. But Type B collector bags are not used in combustible hydrocarbon vapor environments. It is important to note that some factories manufacture bags that meet the Type B classification criteria, but can still cause accidents. For example, when tested by the testing agency, is in line with Type B standards, but in actual use, due to the liner bag and the bag body surface coating, resulting in breakdown voltage higher than 4KV, thus making Type B bags actually become Type A
Type C antistatic container bag is designed for sensitive flammable environments, including combustible hydrocarbon solvent vapor environment. These bags are made of conductive fabric or woven fabric with a conductive/anti-electrical coating. The conductive fabric is actually a woven fabric with interwoven conductive fibers/flat wire. In some designs, the conductive filaments are parallel and spaced 20 mm apart, while in others, the conductive filaments are woven into a network, with the filaments intersecting vertically with each other. The conductive wires are usually conductive flat wires or conductive metal wires.

Type D conductive container bags have antistatic or static dissipative properties and do not require grounding. Most of the Type D bags on the market today are made of fine semi-conducting wires interwoven into woven fabric. Unlike the design of Type C bags, these semi-conducting wires are parallel but not cross-linked. This type of container bag may have static elimination coating, so we usually call Type D container bag for conductive container bag, due to its complex manufacturing process, so in the price will be about 20% higher than the above three.
