The process for sawdust briquetting press as follow:

The process for sawdust briquetting press as follow:

1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)
2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%
3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine
4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive
5. Carbonized the briquette stickFireplace etc.

Raw Material:

*Biomass wastes, such as sawdust,rice husks,coffee husks,rice straw, wheat straw,etc.

*Material required: Moisture 8%-12%,size3-5mm

*If moisture>12% may need dryer,We have air flow dryer and drum dryer.

*If material size >5mm will need hammer mill or wood crusher.

*When begin to work,the heating circle heat the machine,then wood briqutte machine can press sawdust without any binder, sawdust pressed by high temperature and high pressure , then the screw press sawdust forward,extrusion into a rod-shaped solid rod with center hole.

The process flow of a biomass briquette plant is related to your raw materials. Different raw materials need a process flow accordingly.

If the size of your raw materials is less than 10 mm (some soft materials do not exceed 30 mm) on average, and moisture content is less than 20%, all you need is a briquetting machine, no pre-treatment machines. It will reduce investment costs and production costs maximum. However, if your raw material is large and has a high moisture content, you need three to four pre-treatment steps. To ensure a stable feedstock supply, pre-treatment is a must for industrial briquette production lines. The most commonly used processes include the crushing section, drying section, briquetting section, conveying system, control system, and packaging section.
