Great system that fits our space perfectly!

Initially we had planned on opening a 50+ tap beer bar in a small town outside of Austin, Tx. When the build out was done, we noticed we had a little area left over that would accommodate a smaller professional brewing system. We looked at all the available systems and decided on Spike, not only for their great reputation and build quality, but also for their amazing customer support. While other manufactures would take days to reply to our emails, Spike always reply within hours at the most, but often sooner. After a year of use, we really have nothing to complain about with the system. We've made everything from 3% petite saisons to 17% imperial stouts with little to no fuss. Now if only Spike to engineer in something that would do all the cleaning work for us... ;)
